By becoming a member, you can discover more artists.

You can apply for membership after reading and agreeing to these Terms. StarArtist completes the membership registration process upon approval. StarArtist members can use the service more conveniently. Members can take on roles such as artist, patron, and engage in more diverse artistic activities. Detailed information can be found in the 'Notices' section.

These Terms apply to all members in principle. However, members may be classified by age or certain ratings depending on local laws. Therefore, please understand that access to service content may be partially restricted.

All of your content on StarArtist is valuable.

StarArtist will deliver your content to diverse users around the world. This will enrich all of our lives. Content refers to videos, photos, links, codes, text, voice, sounds, images, and other content or files that you post on the StarArtist service for your own satisfaction or to provide to others.

StarArtist promises to carefully protect the content that contains your time and effort. We also respect the intellectual property rights of your valuable content.

Meanwhile, StarArtist requires usage rights such as storage, reproduction, modification, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, and creation of derivative works for the content you post. These usage rights are not limited by period or region, and by posting content, you grant StarArtist such rights. Therefore, you must hold the necessary rights.

StarArtist will exercise the content usage rights you have granted only for limited purposes as prescribed by the Copyright Act and other related laws: exposure within StarArtist, use for service promotion, research for service operation, improvement and new service development, and allowing search, collection, and linking from external sites. If we need to use your content for other purposes, we will explain and obtain your consent.

StarArtist does its best to help you easily manage access to the content you have posted. You can delete or modify content you have posted on StarArtist. However, in certain cases, deletion or modification may be difficult due to StarArtist service policies and may be reflected with some delay. In such cases, please contact the administrator.

We safely manage your valuable personal information.

StarArtist collects and uses personal information only within the purpose and scope consented to by members for smooth service provision, and manages it safely in accordance with personal information protection laws. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

If there is no login or access record for a certain period, StarArtist may destroy or separately store your information after providing advance notice through email, in-service notifications, or other appropriate electronic means. If this results in insufficient essential information for service provision, StarArtist may inevitably terminate the relevant service agreement.

Please respect the rights of others.

The intellectual property rights of all content provided through StarArtist's services belong to the creators of that content. To use such content, your use must be within the scope permitted by copyright law and other related laws, or you must obtain separate permission from the intellectual property rights holder, so special care is required.

Refund policy.

To watch without ads on StarArtist, a certain fee must be paid. When members watch videos, advertisements will be displayed intermittently, but ad-free viewing is possible by paying the fee set by StarArtist. However, if a member has paid but has not yet watched the video, a refund request is possible.

To request a refund, you can contact StarArtist's main phone number. Please note that refunds cannot be processed if requested while watching a video after payment. Please confirm this before making your payment.

We will strive for your service quality.

StarArtist is doing its best to provide stable services. However, screen quality of content may vary depending on the device and may be affected by internet speed.

StarArtist's service is provided without any warranties or conditions. The company is working to maintain and improve service quality, but does not guarantee that there will be no service interruptions or errors. Members waive the right to claim all damages against the company, but this clause does not limit consumer protection rights recognized by the laws of the member's country of residence.

StarArtist is doing its best to allow you to use the StarArtist service freely and conveniently. However, your help and cooperation are needed for safer use of the StarArtist service and mutual respect and protection of rights. For your safe service use and rights protection, content posting and service use may be restricted in the following cases, so please confirm and comply.

• You must not enter false personal information when registering. You must not use others' information or sell, transfer, lend, or provide your account as collateral to others, or allow others to use it.
• Posts that contain direct and obvious physical threats to others, posts that encourage or promote self-harm or suicide, posts that reveal non-public personal information such as others' personal details or privacy, posts that persistently exclude or harass others, posts that propose, arrange, lure, or coerce prostitution, and posts that pose direct and serious threats to public safety may be restricted.
• Posts confirming direct risks related to crime such as performing, instigating, or aiding acts prohibited by law or subject to criminal punishment, posts promoting, advertising, or selling items or services prohibited by law, and posts confirmed to infringe on others' intellectual property rights, insult, invade privacy, or defame others may be restricted.
• Posts depicting sexually explicit content that may cause sexual shame or distorted sexual awareness, violent and provocative content that may cause disgust, posts impersonating others or claiming false facts, and posts using excessive profanity repeatedly causing severe disgust or discomfort may be restricted.
• Posts made using automated means or abnormal use of StarArtist functions, and posts inconsistent with the purpose of individual StarArtist services may also be restricted as they cause inconvenience to normal service use.
• You must not use automated means (e.g., macro programs, robots (bots), spiders, scrapers, etc.) without StarArtist's prior permission to attempt membership registration, login, content posting, or personal information and content collection.
• You may not copy or modify software included in the StarArtist service, or sell, transfer, lend, or provide it as collateral, or allow others to use it. Reverse engineering, source code extraction attempts, reproduction, disassembly, and other modifications of software included in the StarArtist service are also prohibited (however, open source is subject to its own terms). Uploading viruses or other malicious code or abnormally using service functions to interfere with StarArtist's smooth operation is also prohibited.

If your posts violate related laws, these Terms, post operation policies, or individual service terms and policies, StarArtist may inevitably make them private, delete them, or refuse to post them. However, this does not mean that StarArtist has an obligation to review all content.

If you do not comply with related laws, these Terms, account and post operation policies, or individual service terms and policies, StarArtist may verify your related actions and, depending on the results, caution you about service use or restrict use by partially or fully, temporarily or permanently suspending service use. If, despite such restrictions, it is no longer feasible to maintain the service agreement, StarArtist may inevitably terminate the agreement.

When you wish to terminate the service agreement, you can apply for withdrawal through the 'Edit Member Information > Withdraw Membership' button on My Page. Once you apply for withdrawal, the process is completed immediately, and you cannot re-register after withdrawal.

Please note that if your service use is immediately and permanently suspended, all points and other benefits acquired through service use will be forfeited without separate compensation. Please refer to guidelines and QnA for conditions and details of service use restrictions.

StarArtist does not bear responsibility for damages arising from the inability to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, or from the inability to use services due to the user's intentional or negligent actions.

StarArtist also does not bear responsibility for damages arising from exchanges of opinions, transactions, etc. between you and other members or non-members through the StarArtist service, or for damages arising from your reliance on content such as others' posts on the service, unless there are special circumstances.

StarArtist posts the contents of these Terms on the initial service screen so that you can easily check them.

StarArtist may amend these Terms, account and post operation policies from time to time, but will do so within the scope that does not violate related laws, and will notify the reasons for amendment and effective date within the service in advance. For significant changes to Terms that may be disadvantageous to you, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance within the service.

Members have the right not to agree to the amended Terms, in which case they can express their intention to discontinue use and withdraw, and request termination of service use. However, if the company clearly notified members that 'failure to express intention within 7 days will be deemed as expression of intention' when notifying changed Terms, and the member did not express refusal, the member is deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

These Terms apply to StarArtist services by default. However, separate terms and policies may additionally apply to reflect the unique characteristics of individual services. Therefore, if such content differs from these Terms, the separate terms and policies shall take precedence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises between you and StarArtist regarding these Terms or the StarArtist service, the dispute shall be handled according to the procedures prescribed by the Republic of Korea's Civil Procedure Act.
